Privacy policy
We process your personal data for one purpose: to issue a policy in your name and deliver it. Below we describe what data, on what basis, to whom we pass it on and how to exercise your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Recipients of the data
- PJSC "EUROINS Ukraine" (Kyiv, Ukraine): the insurer issuing the policy and a party to the insurance contract. It receives all of the insured person's data.
- WayForPay (Ukraine): the payment gateway. It receives the amount, e-mail and the card details that you enter directly in its form.
- Technical providers of hosting and e-mail, under data processing agreements.
- Public authorities, where required by law.
Transfers of data outside the EEA
The insurer and the payment gateway are based in Ukraine, outside the European Economic Area. The transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded at your request (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR): without it a policy valid in Ukraine cannot be issued.
Retention period
We keep policy data for the term of the contract and the limitation period for the insurer's claims. Website usage data for a maximum of 26 months. You may request earlier deletion of data that is no longer necessary for the contract.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to info@insuranceforvisitukraine.com; we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Security
The service runs exclusively over HTTPS. Data is transmitted to the insurer via an encrypted API and is not stored permanently on our servers, apart from the technical logs needed to handle enquiries.
