From form to policy in five minutes
No account, no sales calls, no scans. A form, a code from your e-mail, card payment.
1. Enter your details as in your passport
The policy is a document the border officer compares with your passport. Enter your first name and surname in the Latin alphabet, without Polish diacritics, exactly as in the machine-readable line of your passport: Ł as L, Ś as S, Ż as Z. You also need your date of birth, passport number, an e-mail address you can access while travelling, and a phone number with the country code.
If several of you are travelling, add each person to the same policy. Every person gets full cover and all of them are in a single PDF.
2. Choose the entry date and number of days
Cover starts on the entry date you specify and lasts for as many days as you choose: from 3 to 180. If you do not know your return date, allow a margin. The border officer checks that the policy covers the whole declared stay, and one extra day costs little more than a euro.
3. Choose a plan
Both plans have the same cover: treatment, hospitalisation, ambulance, emergency dental care, medical evacuation, injuries from acts of war and repatriation. They differ in the insured sum: Basic €3,000, Extended €30,000. Choose Extended for a longer stay, skiing, work, or when an organisation requires it.
Radiation cover is an option for either plan and multiplies the price ×3.5.
4. Confirm your e-mail with a code
Once you submit the form, the insurer sends a 4-digit code to the address you provided. This checks that the policy will reach a working inbox. If the code does not arrive within a minute, check Spam and the Promotions tab in Gmail; you can also have it resent.
5. Pay by card and receive the PDF
Payment goes through the WayForPay gateway with encryption and 3-D Secure. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We do not see or store card details.
After payment you return to the confirmation page, where you can download the policy. The same PDF arrives by e-mail within a few minutes. Save it on your phone: at the border it is enough to show the screen, no need to print.
