Legal notice

What this service is
ubezpieczenieukraina.pl enables the online purchase of a medical insurance policy for travellers entering Ukraine. The insurance contract is concluded with the insurer EUROINS Ukraine; the service provider acts as its authorised agent and handles the collection of data, payment and delivery of the policy.
The service provider is not a Polish insurance company or an intermediary entered in the register kept by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF). The product is Ukrainian insurance, concluded under the law of Ukraine and valid on its territory.
Rules of use
- Access to the service is free of charge. The purchase of a policy is governed by the Terms and the terms of the insurance contract.
- The user provides true details. A policy issued in details that do not match the passport may be rejected at the border without any right to a refund.
- It is prohibited to use the service for unlawful purposes, to introduce malicious code or to bulk-download content.
